Description

Meat production is one of the largest producers of carbon emissions globally, and most of the farm animals consumed suffer terrible living conditions. The purpose of this challenge is to encourage you to reduce meat consumption in your diet. There are a lot of great vegetarian options available and the idea is to try and prioritize those this week!

Levels

  • Level C: Say goodbye to the reds. Try to move away from red meats (beef, pork, lamb or veal) for one week and reduce your white meat consumption.
  • Level B: Mix it up! Attempt to eat all-vegetarian meals 4 days this week and limit your meat consumption to a maximum of 2 meals.
  • Level A: Try the vegetarian lifestyle. Stick to only vegetarian meals for the whole week!
